Dieter Struzyna
Real Estate & Business Transactions Trusted Counsel for Over 36 Years
With more than three decades of experience practicing law, Dieter Struzyna brings deep knowledge, pragmatic insight, and personal attention to every client relationship. His career spans Big Law, general counsel roles, and boutique firm leadership—giving him a uniquely balanced perspective that benefits clients navigating complex business and real estate matters.
Dieter began his legal career at Perkins Coie, the Pacific Northwest's largest law firm, where he developed sophisticated transactional skills working with major corporations and institutional clients. He later served as general counsel for one of Seattle's largest privately held companies, gaining invaluable inside perspective on how businesses operate and make strategic decisions. This combination of Big Law training and in-house counsel experience informs his practical, business-focused approach to legal representation.
Since 1991, Dieter has operated in private practice—first independently and now as co-founder of Advocates Law Group. This boutique firm structure allows him to provide the sophisticated legal counsel clients expect from major firms while maintaining the personal attention and cost-effectiveness that large practices often cannot deliver.
Dieter's current focus is business and real estate transactions, where he advises property owners, investors, and entrepreneurs on strategic contracts, commercial transactions, and deal structuring. His long-term client relationships spanning decades are a testament to his reliability, discretion, and clear guidance—especially in high-value, complex matters where experience and judgment make the difference between successful deals and costly mistakes.
